Users and roles
Invite people, assign roles, and manage permissions.
Users
Open More → Users (Super Admins, Admins and the King).
Create a user
Enter the username, name, email, phone and role. The person receives an email invitation to set their password.
Manage them later
From a user’s row: edit details, Manage Roles, activate or deactivate the account, or Resend invitation.
Deactivated users can no longer sign in; their history stays in place.
Roles
Open More → Roles. Each role is a set of permissions.
- System roles (Super Admin, King, Admin, Hero, Wizard, General, Alchemist, Warden) come with Questify and cannot be deleted.
- Custom roles can be created, edited and deleted. Use Update Permissions to pick their permissions from the checklist.

A person’s system role decides what they can do across Questify. Their Council seat on a Quest (Wizard, General or Alchemist) decides what they do on that Quest.
Audit logs
Audit Logs records every change: who did what, when, with the old and new values. Filter by action, entity, user and date, open an entry for details, or Export logs.
