MCPConnect an app

Connect an app

Add the Questify MCP server to your AI assistant and sign in.

The Questify MCP server is hosted with Questify. You add its address to your assistant, then sign in once in your browser.

The server address

https://questify-be.questify360.com/mcp

The exact address for the environment you use is always on Connected Apps in your avatar menu, under Connect an app, with a ready-to-copy Claude Code command.

Add Questify to your assistant

Run this in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http questify https://questify-be.questify360.com/mcp

Add -s user to make Questify available in every project. Then, in Claude Code, run /mcp, choose questify and sign in when it asks.

Sign in and allow access

Your assistant opens Questify in your browser. Sign in if you aren’t already.

Check the app

The page shows the app’s name and where its identity comes from. Unverified app name means the app named itself: only continue if you just started connecting it.

Check the access

Requested access lists what the app asked for. Delete & admin access is highlighted in red. If the app asked for more than your role may approve, the page says so and the app works without it.

Allow

Click Allow. You’re sent back to the app, which is now connected. If the app doesn’t open, you can close the tab.

A sign-in request is valid for 10 minutes and can be answered once. If it expires, start connecting again from your app.

Check that it works

Ask your assistant:

Who am I in Questify?

It calls questify_whoami and replies with your name, roles and the access you approved. Then try “What am I working on?”.

Troubleshooting

Connecting apps is turned off

An administrator has turned off MCP access for Questify. Ask them to turn on Allow MCP clients in MCP Access.

We couldn't verify this app

The app’s identity is not on the list your administrator allows, or the app is blocked. Ask your administrator.

This request has expired or was already used

Go back to your app and connect again.

A change is refused

Either the app is connected with Read only, or your Questify permissions don’t allow that change, for example moving a Step you don’t hold. The assistant shows the reason. To give an app more access, disconnect it in Connected Apps and connect again.

The app stopped working

It was disconnected, from Connected Apps or by an administrator. Connect it again.
